Important Items you might need for your trek. Headlamp or flashlight/torch. Lighter. Sunglasses. Sunscreen. A backpack to keep things you may need while walking. Your main bag is carried by camels. Light shoes with proper soles and sandals. Solar-power and battery power for charge your phone. Breathable T-shirt (You many want long sleeves to avoid sunburn). Pants and walking shorts. Fleece, gloves, hat and windbreaker (hot day and cool at night). Clean tents, mattresses and linens are provided with the tour. This trek is considered physically moderate. You will be walking for approximately 2-3 hours at a moderate pace over sand, sand dunes and some hard ground.

Our adventure will begin in the vibrant city of Marrakech, where our driver will greet you at your accommodations at 9:00 AM. As we set off, we will traverse the magnificent High Atlas Mountains, stopping at various points to take in the breathtaking scenery of Berber villages and ancient Kasbahs. Our next destination will be the enchanting Draa Valley, where we will make our way to the quaint village of Agdez.

After breakfast, set out for the Sahara at 9:00 AM. The first stop is Tamegroute to witness the making of Green Pottery and visit the Koranic Library, home to over 4,000 manuscripts.

As the day comes to an end, bid farewell to the desert and make your way back to M’hamid. Transfer to your private 4x4 and head towards Ouarzazate, where you will check in to your accommodations for the evening.
